Windy was rescued from the middle of a street in Ruidoso during the wildfires in June. He was in good condition, but he did have some singed whiskers. He must have been someone's pet because he is super friendly and social. He is always eager for our attention. He's charming and delightful. Our hope is that his owner will see this post or check with Kitty City and be reunited with their nice kitty.
Windy is neutered. He went to Kitty City's vet on June 25 and was given a rabies vaccination and microchip.
