Tripod was brought into a vet clinic as a kitten with a mangled right hind leg, which had to be removed. A vet-tech took Tripod home and raised her for a year. Her mother adopted Tripod. Tripod has never had a problem having only 3 legs. She climbs stairs and "runs" in her own way. She gets along well with cats and people and will "yell" at her person when she wants something like a special treat, affection or water. She is a "touch-me" cat who loves attention. Lounging next to a large water dish is her favorite pastime, and she has always been a heavy drinker! (Water, that is!)
