When Spooky first arrived at Kitty City, he was thought to be feral. But, happily, he proved us wrong. He was just frightened and was cautious at first, waiting to determine if we were the good guys. He is a nice, friendly kitty with a unique meow. He follows the workers around on the floor seeking attention while rubbing against legs. He is handsome and charming.
