Seevie is very laid back and loving. He loves to be in a human's lap! He doesn't even need an invitation; he just hops right onto the lap. Seevie is an adorable boy!
Seevie's owner unexpectedly passed away. The owner's niece needed to surrender Seevie and reached out to Kitty City for help. Seevie has been a delight with everyone since his arrival.
