Rascal was raised by his birth mama Smokey and his foster human mama. This boy has earned the name Rascal! He was the first in his litter to climb to the top of the cat tree - and everything else! Rascal is a social and affectionate guy. amd he loves his foster mom. He is nearly always with her and into everything! He has quite the personality. He sits with his foster mom at her laptop and tries to "help" her type. To make Rascal even more of the perfect pet, he also loves his foster's dog very much and they have accepted hm.
