Pepper showed up at a home in Pinon, NM. He immediately wanted to go into his rescuer's home. Pepper is neutered and has a microchip, so it is evident that he had a home that he became separated from somehow. After coming into his rescuer's home, he wanted to stay indoors! This boy loved the people, cats and dogs in the home. His rescuer's have many cats already and asked Kitty City to take in Pepper. Now at Kitty City, Pepper is among other cats. He mostly likes to follow staff, volunteers and visitors around to receive attention. His favorite spot to be noticed is by a door between two sections of the adoption building. When he sees someone going toward the door, he runs to get ahead of them, jumps onto the counter by the door and hopes for some pets, conversation and affection.
Pepper has scar tissue on his left eye.
