There is so much to love about Joey. He is extremely lovable and friendly. He likes pets and belly rubs. He has already gained lots of fans through the workers, volunteers and visitiors.
Joey came to Kitty City along with his sister Sheila on September 4, 2022. Their owner relinquished them because he is moving across country and said he cannot take them with him. As can be expected, both kitties are confused as to why they were moved from their home of 8 years. They were bottle fed from babies and have always been inside cats. Joey is neutered.
Both Joey and Sheila are very overweight. They are on a special diet that will hopefully help them to lose some weight.
It would be wonderful if they could be adopted together, but it is not necessary. They need a loving home where they will be doted on, pet and brushed. At 8 years old, both Joey and Sheila qualify for the senior adoption fee, which is only $30 per cat.
