Howie was rescued by a kind gentleman after he witnessed Howie being let loose outdoors by his 90-year-old owner. Howie is grateful to his rescuer for being given the opportunity for a new life with someone who will love and protect him in a forever home.
Howie is a nice and friendly boy who is now sharing a room at Kitty City with another kitty.
