This little guy arrived frightened and nervous. We had been working with him for a couple weeks - talking to him, petting him in his kennel, and picking him up and cuddling him close. He has transformed into a sweet kitty who now looks forward to receiving the attention he gets from us. Each day Disco has become more comfortable with us humans. The trust factor is now there. Disco is in a room now with other neutered and vaccinated kitties. He gets real wide-eyed when we look at him and he looks forward to being picked up and held close so he can head butt our chin. This guy is so content just being on a lap or being carried around. He purrs contentedly. And it doesn't matter if it is a stranger or someone he knows. He just wants that human affection. What a remarkable change with Disco in such a short period of time.
