This kitty is as friendly as he is handsome. He purrs all the time and for absolutely everything! He loves everyone! He was found wandering around outdoors and was picked up and brought to Kitty City by a good samaritan. Chowder must have had a home because he was in great condition. Like so many other cats rescued from the outdoors, we may never know how he came to be lost outdoors. But he is safe now and ready for a good, permanent home. Chowder's lucky adopter will just love this boy. The staff at Kitty City all fell in love with this charming and delightful boy instantly.
