Cayenne might want a person to think she is shy, but she is a tease. She follows the staff everywhere. If we go into a room and close the glass door, there she is on the other side waiting for us to come out. She is social and always nearby. What she really wants is for us to play her game of "catch me and pick me up." She loves being petted and made a fuss over. We have discovered that this beautiful gentle soul has a soft spot for human attention. Cayenne was raised in a foster home. Since arriving at Kitty City, Cayenne has made friends with the other cats and has been paying attention. It seems that she has been observing two of her favorite cat companions and has noticed how successful they are in getting pets on the head. Let's just say that Cayenne now mirrors the two cats and has earned herself pets of her own. Cayenne is a kitty worth getting to know. It will not take long to earn her confidence and trust. Her yearning for affection far outweighs her reserved personna.
