Butters was with a family who found him as a stray when he was still a kitten. Due to personal circumstances with the family, Butters was surrendered to Kitty City. He has settled in and awaits his new forever family. He is both independent and a lap cat. He's friendly with dogs and other cats. Butters would be a perfect cat for a family.
