Binks was rescued by Eddie Sar, who works on Holloman AFB. Binks was hanging around and was quite social. He and his wife Justus took Binks into their home and then brought her to Kitty City. Binks was thought to be pregnant. Binks was given an FVRCP vaccination on September 7, 2023. Justus volunteered to foster Binks. When no babies came, Binks was taken to Kitty City's vet, Dr. Becky Washburn, on November 13, 2023. Upon examination, Dr. Washburn determined that Binks was not pregnant and had already been spayed.
