Ranger was rescued as a stray from the outdoors by a kind cat lover. He had been roaming for around two months and going to her house every day for food. It appears that Ranger had a home and somehow got separated from that home. She could not keep Ranger because she has lots of rescue kitties she is caring for.
Ranger is very friendly and gentle and loves attention and pets. He is a sweet boy who really tugs at a person's heart strings.
Which astonishes us to hear what happened. Ranger had quickly adopted into a home with other cats. He was fine for almost 4 months. Then, for no reason that can be determined by his adopter, Ranger began attacking his other cats. The adopter thought that Ranger wanted to initiate play, but the cats did not want to participate.
This incident and reason for his return prompts us to state that it may be best if Ranger is adopted to someone who does not have other cats. He will be a faithful and loving companion to any human!
