Autumn is a pretty 10-year-old dilute Calico cat. She is super loving unless it comes to younger cats or large dogs. This senior cat is obviously set in her ways, and we would like to see her adopt to a single person or a couple who desire to have the companionship of an adoring cat. Autumn is in a room with other cats at Kitty City, but she prefers to be by herself. She definitely prefers humans over other cats. She is a sweet and friendly girl. She likes when we visit her and comes to us for pets and affection. She enjoys "chatting" while she makes herself comfortable on a volunteer's lap.
A brief history of Autumn: Autumn was adopted as a kitten in 2014. She was returned in August 2022 after being in the only home she ever knew for 8 years. Her owners were moving into senior facilities where they could not take Autumn with them. Autumn adapted to the change and quickly adopted again to a younger couple in late-August 2022. After the adopterd tried for over a year and a half to make it work, Autumn never was able to adjust to the other pets in the home. She is now back at Kitty City on March 23, 2024.
At this time we are saying that Autumn MUST be the only pet in her new adopter's home. Autumn will be happiest where she will be queen of the household.
Because Autumn is a senior cat, her adoption fee is only $30.
