Willy and his sister Wanda were found outdoors and were taken into a loving foster home. Willy was found two weeks after Wanda was found, so he has been playing catch-up with his growth. Willy is a brave little boy who is showing sister Wanda how to gain confidence. In spite of having been separated for two weeks - or perhaps because of it - Willy and Wanda are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
