Toby is a quiet little guy and a gentle soul. He's a warm and snuggly kitty who will return any love shown to him twofold.
Toby has a birth defect involving his right eye lid. Kitty City's vet said it is best to leave it alone, as an attempt to "repair" the eye lid could possibly make it worse. This defect in no way has affected the sweetness of this kitty.
