Adopter changed name from Cesar to Tango.
Cesar is a handsome tabby who would make a great addition to any family. He is extremely playful and loving. Cesar is an expert biscuit maker. Cesar was noticed at Alamogordo Animal Control by one of Kitty City's fosters. Because he was such a nice boy, the foster took Cesar home to foster him until he is adopted into his forever home. Cesar's foster says he is very friendly and social.
