Pikachu is super friendly. Whenever he is picked up, he purrs non-stop in a person's arms. Pikachu spent a great deal of time in a foster home. Prior to that, he was surrendered to a local animal control office possibly because he was very vocal. Pikachu needs a forever home where he will be appreciated and loved.
