Hershey had been in his adopted home for a year and a half. He was adopted as a kitten. He has always been a shy guy. Since his return to Kitty City, we found that he still requires tender loving care and patience. So to help Hershey along, he was taken into a foster home where his foster humans are allowing him time and space to drop his guard and gain trust in his people. This boy is getting lots of one-on-one time and learning how to relax. What Hershey needs is a forever home with one or two pataient and loving adults who will offer him consistency.
